Rarely, transfers may take longer due to to regulatory scrutiny, transaction monitoring, or the speed of processing by the sending/receiving institution. 

It's important to check the transfer for correctly entered account information, such as IBAN, Sort Code, or Account Number. If you spot a mistake, please contact our support team via the live chat or [email protected] who will gladly help.

Download and share the confirmation of transfer with the recipient so they can check the movement of funds with their respective bank.
